  • Make payments as agreed in the invoice or contract.

  • Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or intellectual property.

4. Payment Terms

  • Late payments may incur interest or service delays.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Meta Mizer retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions & Modifications

  • Minor revisions are typically included in service packages. Major revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

  • Meta Mizer will make reasonable efforts to meet timelines but is not liable for delays caused by the client or third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Meta Mizer may use third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, or hosting providers to deliver services. We are not responsible for any disruption, change, or action taken by these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meta Mizer will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.

  • Delays in service delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

  • Errors due to incorrect client-provided information.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or contract with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  • All outstanding dues must be settled before transfer of any deliverables.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INDIA/ HARYANA], and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of its courts.
